Yes… Although our main focus is on kitchens we offer design services for fitted furniture in other rooms like wardrobes, media walls ect. Utilities and larders will be included in the kitchen package.

We normally start of with a discovery call. Based on the info provided we will issue an initial design with the aim to book a design meeting at our showroom. After that we will refine your design till the point where you’re ready to confirm and order your kitchen.

Once a discovery call has been made an initial design will be sent to you within a 2-week period. After that the duration will depend on the progress on site and other variables that occur with a kitchen design project.

In short no, but it does make the process quicker. If there are no building plans which can be common if you’re just getting the kitchen renovated then we will arrange for site survey to take place with a member of our team. Once that is complete we can start your initial design.

We supply both German kitchens and our own Tablo brand which is manufactured in the UK.

Yes pre-existing appliances can be used in the new designs. Please notify your kitchen designer as early as possible as it may effect the design/layout of the kitchen.

Of course. This is all part of the design package. One of our designers will run you through all available options in the showroom.

Costs vary based on size, materials and design. We’ll provide you with a transparent, itemised quote after our design meeting.

Our initial design/consultation is free.

Yes, we can manage the entire installation process using our trusted team of installers. This does not include any building, plumbing or electrical work.

Absolutely. Were happy to collaborate with your preferred contractor to ensure the design is executed properly. M&E’s (technical plans) will be issued for 1st fix connections and your designated project manager will regularly check site to make sure the project is progressing along with our schedule.

2 - 4 weeks usually. Time will vary based on the scope of work. We will give you a time schedule for this once the project is confirmed.

Yes all our kitchens will come with a warranty but the duration will depend on the manufacturer and the product range. Same applies for worktops.

We offer aftercare support for adjustments, maintenance advice and product care.

We only offer appointment only meetings. Your kitchen designer will arrange this with you, normally after an initial design is sent.

You’re not expected to bring anything to the meeting. If there’s anything the designer feels he needs from you he will notify you beforehand.
